By accessing or using InvoiceKits ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

InvoiceKits is a web-based invoice generation service that allows users to:

Create and manage professional invoices
Generate PDF invoices with customizable templates
Upload CSV files for batch invoice creation
Track invoice status and payment history
Manage company profiles and branding

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Subscription Plans and Billing

InvoiceKits offers various subscription tiers with different features and limits:

Free: 5 invoices per month, 1 template
Starter ($9/mo): 50 invoices per month, 2 templates
Professional ($29/mo): 200 invoices per month, all templates, batch upload
Business ($79/mo): Unlimited invoices, API access

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Create fraudulent or misleading invoices
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
Use the Service for illegal financial activities

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InvoiceKits and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service, including your invoices, company information, and uploaded logos.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceKits shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
Service interruptions or errors

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. InvoiceKits is a tool for creating invoices and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Non-payment of subscription fees
Extended periods of inactivity

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
